    Information you give us. When you use our contact form, request an AI visibility snapshot or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, company, company website, competitor, market, your message, and your consent choice.

    Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is kept in short-lived server logs for security and reliability.

    We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

    We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract, and only to provide their service to us:

    Vercel Inc. (website hosting, server logs, and Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and visitors without cookies and does not store your IP address or identify you). Resend (sending and delivering email from our forms). Google Fonts (delivers the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address). lemcal (our call booking calendar on the contact page, which is subject to its own privacy policy when you use it).

    If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the providers listed in our Cookie Policy also receive usage data.

    We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

  5. 05How long we keep it

    Form submissions and related emails: for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case our contract governs retention. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. Server logs: typically no longer than 30 days. Browser storage: until you clear it.

    Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither).
